Senior Account Executive, SketchDeck.ai
At SketchDeck.ai, we are transforming the construction industry with our smart AI and ML tools, making work faster and easier. Our AI-powered material counting software, LIFT, helps estimators in structural steel fabrication companies automate their steel takeoffs. This advanced technology helps estimators and contractors save time and improve accuracy by automating the manual, repetitive, and tedious data extraction workflows and processes. We focus on solving the industry's biggest pain points, letting our customers handle more jobs and win more bids.
SketchDeck.ai is experiencing explosive growth, doubling quarterly in an industry that has been known to be resistant to change. Part of this is because our customers have been waiting for solutions like ours, that are deeply focused on solving their biggest challenges. With LIFT’s AI capabilities, the more clients we onboard, the better our product becomes, allowing us to outpace our competitors. This is a unique opportunity to get in on the ground floor of a remarkable startup that has unlocked significant value in an industry that has long been considered a laggard industry in digital adoption.
We are seeking an energetic, strategic, and adaptable communicator with a blend of technical and commercial acumen. This individual should have proven experience in selling enterprise solutions ($50K to $300K ACV Deals) to small and medium-sized businesses, including managing seven-figure enterprise sales in high-volume environments and excelling in the full sales cycle. Their startup track record should include closing 15-20 deals quarterly and successfully carrying a $2-3M quota in ARR. Additionally, they should be self-aware, team-oriented, and committed to fostering a collaborative culture, always putting the team first and contributing positively to the organization's growth and culture.
