Our client is a PE owned Canadian snack food company. 

They are seeking an experienced Director of Operations to shape and lead the company’s manufacturing and supply chain activities. Reporting directly to the CEO, the successful candidate will play a key role in shaping the Company’s manufacturing operations and strategy and be responsible for manufacturing (production, packaging, scheduling), quality, logistics, procurement and warehouse management.  

This is a hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves role that will work closely with executive management, and a tight knit employee base that is highly vested in the continued success of this growing company.

The Director of Operations will bring a minimum of 10+ years of production operations and supply chain experience gained in a food manufacturing/processing environment. The Director of Operations will be a leader who is results–oriented, can unlock capacity with a proven track record of manufacturing excellence. They will have excellent overall leadership skills and a track record of driving a high-performance culture. They will demonstrate strong strategic planning, problem solving and decision-making skills.
