Board Director, International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA)

The International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA) is a registered Canadian not-for-profit professional association serving business analysis practitioners globally. IIBA connects 35,000 members across 120 chapters, more than 150 countries, and a global ecosystem of 500 academic, corporate and training partners.

IIBA was founded in 2003 in North America by a small team of passionate volunteers, started expanding globally in 2006, hired its first full time support staff in 2009, and is recognized today as the leading voice for the business analysis profession. Through its membership programs, bodies of knowledge and standards, certifications, chapters and virtual communities, ecosystem partners, professional development, and events, IIBA seeks to serve and support business analysis professionals as they progress in their careers and work. IIBA is governed by a volunteer, fully independent Board of Directors.

IIBA is seeking two dynamic and experienced volunteer Board members. The first position requires a leader with deep expertise in business analysis and professional domain leadership, while the second position calls for a candidate with strong governance experience and leadership acumen developed through previous Board roles. The ideal candidates will be based internationally with substantial experience in purpose-driven organizations in these regions.

IIBA has partnered with leadership advisory firm Odgers Berndtson. Applications from those meeting the above criteria are encouraged and should be submitted immediately online.

We would like to thank all applicants but regret that we are only able to personally contact those individuals whose backgrounds best match the requirements.
