Since 1948, MS Canada has been dedicated to improving the lives of Canadians affected by multiple sclerosis (MS). Anyone can be diagnosed, and Canada has one of the highest rates of MS in the world – more than 90,000 Canadians are living with the disease, and an average of 12 people are diagnosed every day. Driven by the vision of a world free of MS, MS Canada works with researchers, donors, partners, volunteers, and people living with MS to bring about positive change. Reporting to the President and CEO, the Vice President, Corporate Services will provide strategic leadership and operational oversight for Finance, Information Technology (IT), and Corporate Operations. As a key member of the executive team, the Vice President will play an active role in shaping and executing the strategic plan, ensuring that financial stewardship, technological innovation, and operational excellence are aligned to support sustainable growth and sector leadership.
With a forward-looking perspective, the Vice President will champion the use of data analytics and explore the responsible integration of artificial intelligence to drive insight, efficiency, and innovation. This leader will bring a deep understanding of how modern technology and sound financial practices can be leveraged to strengthen organizational impact, deepen community engagement, and differentiate MS Canada within the competitive philanthropic and research landscape.
This is an exciting and multi-faceted executive role that supports all of MS Canada’s strategic priorities. The ideal candidate is a dynamic operational leader with a strong foundation in finance, paired with experience leveraging data and technology to drive organizational success. You are a collaborative leader who leads by example and understands the importance of cross-functional relationships. With experience in the not-for-profit, healthcare, or academic sectors, you are a visionary thinker who considers the long-term impact of decisions and actively fosters a culture of innovation and accountability. You have over 10 years of progressive leadership experience, an undergraduate degree, and a CPA designation.
