Reporting to the Mayor and Council, the Chief Administrative Officer is the senior official of the municipality, responsible for overseeing the administration of municipal operations and ensuring the efficient implementation of policies, programs, and services as established by Council. The Chief Administrative Officer will ensure the delivery of high-quality services to meet the needs of the community, while maintaining fiscal responsibility. The Chief Administrative Officer is responsible for the effective management of municipal staff, resources, and activities to drive operational excellence. To support a thriving municipality, the Chief Administrative Officer will continue to foster strong relationships with residents, community stakeholders, businesses, and community organizations.

You bring strong leadership and communication skills, allowing you to navigate complex political and operational challenges while effectively engaging with staff, council, committees, and stakeholders. You possess strong operational expertise and financial acumen, with a demonstrated track record in municipal budgeting, cost control and effective resource allocation.
