The Manager of Critical Care plays a vital leadership role within a dynamic, multi-site hospital setting, overseeing the operations of a growing critical care department. Working closely with a team of skilled clinicians the Manager will play an important role in fostering a culture of professional development and collaboration. With the launch of exciting new partnerships and a continued expansion of the department, the Manager will be instrumental in implementing innovative programs aimed at elevating patient care and operational excellence. Strong leadership skills are essential to guide change, support staff, and ensure high-quality outcomes across all sites, making this an ideal opportunity for a leader passionate about growth, mentorship, and clinical excellence.
