The Manager of Pharmacy is responsible for overseeing all aspects of inpatient and retail pharmacy operations across multiple sites to ensure the safe, effective, and efficient delivery of pharmacy services. In addition to leading the pharmacy staff, the Manager will need to coordinate with clinical teams, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards. The manager develops and implements policies, manages budgets and inventory, and monitors performance metrics to improve service quality and patient outcomes. The Manager works collaboratively with other departments to advance safety initiatives, and integrate clinical pharmacy services across the hospitals and retail pharmacy location.


The ideal candidate is a licensed pharmacist with experience in inpatient and/or retail pharmacy settings, bringing a strong understanding of medication management, patient safety, and operational workflows. They bring proven leadership skills, capable of managing diverse teams across multiple sites while continuing to foster and grow a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. This individual excels at navigating regulatory requirements, optimizing resources, and implementing standardized practices that enhance quality and efficiency. Strong business acumen, communication and problem-solving skills are essential, along with the ability to build effective relationships with clinical teams, administrators, and external partners. A background that includes both hands-on pharmacy practice and operational management will ensure success in this dynamic, multi-site healthcare environment.
